Your Daily Insurance and its suppliers and licensors make no guarantees or representations that our Services will remain error-free or that access will remain uninterrupted or continuous; any download or accessing of information or services from our Service is done so at your own risk and discretion.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
To the extent permissible under applicable law, this Agreement and all access or use of our Service will be governed by Indian law.
Any disputes related to or arising out of our Agreement and access or use of our Service should be brought before federal and state courts located within India.
Changes
Your Daily Insurance reserves the right, at its own sole discretion, to modify and amend these terms at any time without prior notification or consent from you.
If we make any modifications which are substantial, we will notify you by publishing them online or sending you email notification before taking effect. Notice will provide enough time before any new conditions take place.
If our modifications dissatisfy you, or once they go into effect, stop accessing our Services during or shortly after their implementation.
Continued use of our Services will become subject to our new terms and conditions.
